Metadata Header: View call duration, caller details, assigned owner, and priority tags at a glance.
Side Panel Detail: Expand the side panel to review granular details, transcription snippets, and classification tags.
Footer Navigation: Quickly jump between consecutive notes in your queue without navigating back to the main list.

Tracking Changes with Activity Logs
For auditability and governance, every Beam Talk Note includes a dedicated Activity Log that records all interactions with the note.
Accessing and Reading the Log
Open any Beam Talk Note summary.
Click the Menu Icon ($\dots$) in the top corner and select Activity Log.
A panel will open detailing a chronological audit trail, including:
Assignments: Who assigned or reassigned the note and when.
Priority Changes: Updates to priority status (e.g., changed from Medium to Urgent).
Edits & Refinements: Manual changes made to the text or AI summary edits requested via chat.
Status Updates: Timestamps and user details for when a note was marked as complete.
