Beam Talk is an AI voice agent built and operated by Beam. It handles phone calls on behalf of your organisation - answering inbound calls, gathering information, signposting callers, transferring to a human when needed, and producing a structured summary after every call.
Talk can also place outbound calls, allowing your team to easily check in on residents or follow up on waiting lists.
How does it work?
Beam Talk supports your residents and clients across three distinct channels:
Inbound Voice: Talk answers the phone, triages the caller, gathers key information, signposts where appropriate, and transfers to a human team member when required.
Outbound Voice: Talk proactively calls residents or participants to check in, remind them of appointments, or carry out welfare checks.
Web Chat (Coming Soon): Talk will soon be available as a chat widget on your organisation's website to handle FAQ-style queries.
