What to do if my Note is stuck 'drafting

Once you click Save your Note will show as 'Drafting' until it's ready to view. If your Note is stuck 'Drafting' for over 15 mins, this guide will take you through a few things to try and highlight a few reasons for why it may be stuck in drafting. 

Sometimes, your Note can get stuck showing as 'Drafting' and there are a few reasons for this: 

1. Your browser page has gotten stuck on this page, however your Note is actually ready to view. 
   
   What to do: Please refresh your page and if the note is ready to view, this will change automatically and you will be able to view your Note. Don't worry, there is no risk of you losing your information if you refresh and it's in the 'drafting' state. 
    
2. There is an issue with the audio file or documents uploaded. If there is an issue with the audio or files, Notes won't be able to generate transcript or produce a summary. Unfortunately this will cause your note to get stuck in 'Drafting'. 
   
   What to do: Please contact the support team via [e-mail] or via the live chat to investigate and share with them the date/time of the note.
    
3. Your summary hasn't generated for another technical reason. 
   
   What to do: Please contact the support team via [e-mail] or via the live chat to investigate and share with them the date/time of the note.
    
4. If your note has said it's ready to view, but when you open it the summary is fully blank, there may be an issue (that is easily fixed) with your browser cache settings. Please read this article for more guidance.
