Chat Across All Notes in a Folder

If you use folders in Magic Notes, you can now interact with a collection of notes all at once. This means you don’t need to read through multiple Magic Notes individually - our AI will bring everything together for you.

What You Can Do

When you open a folder and start a conversation with chat, our AI searches across every Magic Note in that folder. It connects the information to give you comprehensive, contextual answers.

You can:

• Summarise notes – e.g. who was seen, key issues, and actions to be taken
• Compare themes – identify common trends, similarities, or differences across notes
• Generate reports – create tailored outputs for different audiences
• Draft letters – produce letters based on information from multiple reports

How It Works

1. Navigate to a folder in Magic Notes. Start by choosing “Folders” on the sidebar.
   
   
   
   Then, choose the required folder from the list:
   
   
    

2. Open chat – you’ll see the same chat feature you’re used to, but applied to the whole folder.

 

3. Ask your question – anything related to the notes in that folder.

   For example: Write a list of actions from all the meetings.
   
   
    

4. Get instant answers – our AI pulls key information from across all the notes in that folder.
