- Review and integrate: Check over the summary, make any necessary changes, and then copy and paste it into your system.
💡If you spot issues with your note, remember that you can review the recording and the transcript to check what was said during the recording to get the detail you need. And don't forget to raise the issue when you add your ⭐ rating for the note!
How does Magic Notes use artificial intelligence (AI)?

What if my patients prefer not to be recorded?
Patient consent is essential. If a patient isn't comfortable with being recorded, simply don't use Magic Notes for that session. We prioritise patient comfort and trust, so never feel pressured to use the tool if it's not appropriate for the situation.
💡If you’re unable to record a consultation, you can simply record a voice note after it ends and Magic Notes will generate a full summary based on all the details you narrated.
Who decides when to use Magic Notes?
