Beam Notes: Your Prompts

You can now save and reuse your frequently used prompts via Chat.

1. Saving your prompts from the chat:

When you type a message into Chat you will now see three lines with a + icon underneath the message. Selecting this option will save the prompt for future use:

3. Accessing your prompts

Select your prompts using plus (+)  button below the chat box.

To add new prompts, choose the 'Add Prompt' option instead of the folder icon.

A box will appear for you to input the prompt that you would like to save.
 

Once done, select save prompt to save.
 

3. Managing your prompts

You can edit and delete your prompts from within the your prompts folder.
