Take your documentation to the next level with the Add Audio feature in Beam Notes. Whether you need to record post-meeting reflections or provide additional analysis, this tool allows you to capture extra information and seamlessly integrate it into your existing notes.
How to Get Started
Open any existing note.
Navigate to the Add Audio section located in the top right corner.
Click to open the recording page.
Choose Your Integration Style
Once you begin recording, you have two powerful ways to incorporate your voice notes:
Commentary Section: Ideal for post-meeting summaries or outlining next steps. Your audio will be summarised into a single paragraph and conveniently placed at the bottom of your document.
Merge with Note: Perfect for adding deeper analysis, observations, or context. Your recording will be intelligently distributed throughout the body of your document, enriching the content where it is most relevant.
Recording Made Simple
The recording experience is identical to other audio features within Beam Notes. You can pause at any time, resume whenever you are ready, and simply click Save when finished.
Once saved, Beam Notes automatically processes your audio, drafting the content and integrating it into your document based on the style you selected. It’s a fast, efficient way to ensure your records are comprehensive and insightful without the need for manual typing.
