Beam Plan is an AI-powered tool for professionals who manage complex, evidence-heavy workflows — turning multiple documents into a structured, ready-to-review output. It's described internally as "the reasoning partner for the frontline," built to be the tool of choice for complex frontline workflows.
How it works
You upload your evidence — records, reports, forms, whatever documents are relevant to your case — and Beam Plan processes them into a structured output organised by category. In its healthcare use case, for example, it produces an assessment broken down across 14 clinical domains (Breathing, Nutrition, Continence, and so on) for Continuing Healthcare Decision Support Tools (DSTs).
Key features
- Document upload and classification — Beam Plan can tell the difference between new evidence and reference/background documents, rather than treating everything the same way.
- Gap identification — it flags missing evidence, so nothing slips through.
- Conflict management — when new evidence contradicts what's already on file, Beam Plan highlights the conflict (e.g. a changed address) so you can review and resolve it before moving forward, rather than silently overwriting old information.
- Add-evidence-over-time — you can keep adding documents to a case as it develops, instead of starting over each time.
-
Full traceability — every output is cited back to the source document, so anything Beam Plan produces is auditable.
