We’ve introduced a new set of management tools within Beam Notes to give organisations more flexibility and control over users, teams and templates.
These updates are now live for all organisations across the UK, AU, EU and US.
What’s new?
User & Team Management
Managers and admins can now manage users and teams directly within Beam Notes, reducing the need to contact Support for common account management requests.
Depending on your permissions, you may be able to:
- Add or edit users
- Add or edit teams
- View analytics for your managed teams
- Manage template access
Improved Template Management
We’ve also introduced a new template management experience to make it easier to understand, manage and request templates.
Managers can now:
- View all templates available to them and their teams
- Read short summaries and detailed descriptions for each template
- Request changes or iterations to existing templates directly within Beam Notes
- Assign template access to organisations, teams or individual users (permission dependent)
These improvements are designed to help teams more easily find the right templates and improve note consistency across organisations.
