Template Managers can now track the progress of their template requests from within Magic Notes. This removes the need to check across email threads or to reach out to Support.
Anyone with template manager access can now click on ‘Templates’ in their side menu.
This will then open up the list of templates you & your teams currently have access to. In the top right hand corner you will see ‘My Requests’. Click this button to see your template requests.
On this page you will see all requests that you have opened (both new and iterations), as well as any that you are CC'ed on (this could be from your Magic Notes Delivery Manager or colleagues).
This page will show you the templates requested, and where they are in the journey.
The possible statuses for templates are:
- New - Request is pending assignment to one of our Prompt Engineers to work on
- Awaiting Review Booking - The Prompt Engineer has sent out a booking link (if a review call is necessary)
- Review Call Booked - The nominees/requester has booked a call with the Prompt Engineer (if needed)
- Ready for Review - Our team have worked on your template and it is now ready for review in your account
- Post-Review - Your template has been reviewed with the volunteer(s) - final changes are being applied before we set it live.
- Live - Your template is now ready to be used!
Clicking on any of these template ‘subjects’ will take you to a thread where you can see any updates and the messages between your team and Magic Notes regarding the template.
