This guide provides insight into the Beam Notes Template Centre - a tool to allow you access to the right templates quicker, helping you save time with Beam Notes sooner.
What is the Template Centre?
The Template Centre allows specific users within organisations to request, iterate, and view their templates seamlessly within Beam Notes, meaning quicker access with fewer iterations.
How does it work?
- The organisation’s ‘Template Manager’ (often the project manager): heads to the ‘Template Centre’ to see what templates they have access to, but also to request creation of new templates or iterations to existing templates.
- This creates a ticket for our Prompt Engineering team to pick up and then book the discovery call.
For those with access, you’ll see ‘Templates’ in your side menu. You can choose to ‘Request New Template’ in the top right, or ‘Request Iteration’ next to an existing template. See below.
Once you click on one of these, e.g. ‘Request New Template’, you will then be asked to fill out this form with all the relevant details AND (for new templates) redacted forms (with a guide provided here). See below.
Click Next step!
Select the file to upload.
Add details of the people we should reach out to about the new form.
If you have any questions or need additional assistance with templates, please contact our support team either via emailing support@beam.org or sending a message through the Live chat option on our website.
