Save your Beam Note as a PDF

If you'd like to download or share a Beam note as a PDF file, follow the simple steps below. Saving your notes as PDFs is great for archiving, sharing with others, or printing for offline use.

🖥️ This guide works on both Windows and Mac.

1. Open the Beam Note you wish to save as a PDF

2. Click the three dots on the top right hand side of your beam notes summary

3. Click Export as a PDF

4. Check the destination and ensure to select Save as PDF, your preview should look similar to the image here:

 

5. Click the  “Save”  button found at the bottom.

6. Rename and Choose Save Location
In the “Save As” prompt:

• Give your file a name (the note title won’t auto-fill by default).

• Choose where to save it (by default, this is your Downloads folder).
   

✅ That’s it! You now have a PDF copy of your Beam Note, ready to share or store wherever you need.
