A template is a list of instructions on how a summary should be produced by Magic Notes. Templates help structure your Magic Notes by summarising and organising your conversation into notes.
A template tells your Magic Note:
- Which headings and sections to use
- The order notes should appear in
- How much detail to include (short vs. detailed)
-
The language and formatting style (e.g. bullet points vs. prose)
There are two types of templates available:
- Bespoke Templates - Designed with your organisation to match internal report formats, making sure Magic Notes highlight what’s most important.
-
General Summary - Automatically adapts to your conversation, grouping key themes into a clear summary.
