Visit the Magic Notes website
Open your web browser on your phone or laptop and go to www.magicnotes.ai
🚨 Make sure you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best experience.
Locate the Sign in button
Click the 'Sign in' button in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Enter your work email address
Enter your work email address. This is the only email associated with your Magic Notes account, so make sure it’s spelt correctly.
Enter your work email address again
You will be prompted to enter your email address again on a slightly different page that looks like this.
You will be emailed a code to login
You'll receive a unique code via email from beam@magicnotes.ai. Open your inbox and look for a message from Magic Notes. Check your inbox and copy your Code. You will have 2 hours to use it before it expires.
Enter the code to access your account
Return to the Magic Notes webpage and enter the code and click 'Continue'.
The code works on any device—whether you're logging in on your phone or laptop, the process remains the same!

⏱️ Login duration
Once you have successfully logged in, you will remain authenticated for 7 days or 3 days of inactivity. After this period, you will need to repeat the login process to continue using Magic Notes.
🔑 Security and device-specific login
Magic Notes uses the security of your work email address to ensure your account remains secure. The login link is device-specific, meaning you must repeat the login process on each device you wish to use Magic Notes on. This ensures that your account is protected and accessible only from the devices you authorise.
