What is a Magic Report?
Magic Reports allow you to create high quality reports in minutes by combining various source materials.

Please Note: Magic Reports accepts the following file formats: .pdf, .txt, .docx, .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .mp3, .mp4, .m4a, .wav, .webm
Step 1: Click Create Report from the My Notes Page
From the My Notes page you’ll see a Create Reports option in the top left of the page.
Step 2: Select your Template
Once you click through Create Report, you’ll see the list of Report templates which you can select from.
Step 3: Select your Files to Upload
From the next page you can either drag and drop files from your machine into the file uploader or, if you select browse, you can select the files you wish to upload from your file explorer.
You can also select existing Magic Notes to be included in the Report using the selector on the other side of the screen.
Step 4: Create your Report
If you wish to add more files you can select the add more option in the top right of the file uploader; or alternatively you can click the X next to any file to remove it from the Report.
Once you are happy with the files to be uploaded, select the create report option from the bottom right of the page.
Step 5: Refine your Report
Once you’ve created your report, you’ll be redirected back to the My Notes screen. Once your Report has generated you will be able to click through to review and refine it as the final step.
You can identify your Report from the title and from the number of file attachments which are shown on the right hand side.
Within the summary, you can use our editing tools to refine your summary. We have a section of our help centre dedicated to editing your Magic Notes which you can find here.
You can also review and download the sources used to generate your Report from this page by clicking the summary of dropdown.
Reports Tips:
If you already have recordings in Magic Notes which you wish to include in a report, you can download the audio file from the Magic Notes summary.
You need to click through to the summary which was produced using the audio file yo uwish to use, and form the summary of the dropdown you can click through to the full transcript and download the audio file.
