What if my patients prefer not to be recorded?

Patient consent is essential. If a patient isn't comfortable with being recorded, simply don't use Beam Notes for that session. We prioritise patient comfort and trust, so never feel pressured to use the tool if it's not appropriate for the situation.

💡If you’re unable to record a consultation, you can simply record a voice note after it ends and Beam Notes will generate a full summary based on all the details you narrated.
