Offline Mode Not Loading?

If you are trying to use Beam Notes offline and the page is not loading, you may need to recache your offline content.

✔️ Recache your offline pages

1. Open Beam Notes

2. In the bottom left-hand corner, select Account
   (This is directly above the Live Chat button

3. Your Settings will open up

4. Select Recache Offline Pages

This refreshes your offline files and should restore offline access.

✈️ Recommended when offline

For the most reliable experience, switch your device to Airplane Mode while using Beam Notes offline.
This prevents your browser from attempting to reconnect and interrupting offline loading.
