Organisation Admins and Template Centre Managers can manage template access directly within the Template Centre. This allows you to quickly control which teams and users can view and use specific templates across your organisation.
🙋Who can manage template access?
The following user roles can manage template access across the entire organisation:
- Organisation Admins
- Template Centre Managers
❓How to access the Template Centre
- Navigate to the Manage tab on the left hand side
- Select Templates
- You will now see a full list of templates available across your organisation
From here, you can review and update access permissions for each template.
👀 Viewing template access
Within the Templates page, you can view:
- Which templates are available across the entire organisation
- Which teams currently have access to a template
- Which specific users have access to a template
This provides a clear overview of how templates are being shared internally.
✏️ Editing template access
To update access for a template:
- Open the relevant template
- Select the access settings
- Choose how you would like the template to be shared
You can:
- Make the template available to the entire organisation
- Restrict access to specific teams
- Grant access to individual users
- Remove access from teams or users
- Request iterations
Once updated, save your changes and the new permissions will apply immediately.
