Text Guide
As a Knowledge Base administrator, you are responsible for managing and verifying the content your team relies on. Keeping the hub updated ensures that practitioners always have access to the most reliable, accurate, and up-to-date information, preventing inaccurate referrals and keeping operations running smoothly.
Adding Resources to the Hub
Updating the Knowledge Base is simple. You can add new resources using three different methods depending on your source material:
File Upload: Upload existing documents directly to the hub. Supported formats include PDFs, Word documents (.docx), and CSVs.
Text Entry: Type or paste information directly into the built-in text editor.
URLs: Paste live links to connect external web resources directly to your hub.
Editing and Deleting Content
Because Knowledge Base offers centralised management, you have full control over the lifecycle of your content. As your services evolve, you can easily edit or delete existing items.
⚠️ Why this matters: Keeping content fresh prevents practitioners from using outdated documents, reducing the risk of incorrect referrals and ensuring the entire suite runs efficiently.
