If you are having trouble logging in, please check the following:

• Ensure your email address has been entered correctly
  • Even the smallest typo can prevent login access.
• Confirm you have an active Beam Notes account
  • If you are unsure, please check with your manager, Head of Service, or Programme Lead.
• If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), ensure you are using the correct organisational email address.

Best Practice Basics

For the most consistent experience, we recommend:

• Using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge 

  • Please note that browsers other than Chrome or Edge, including Safari and the Google Search App, may be less reliable

• Ensuring your browser and device are fully up to date
• Selecting the Online/Hybrid option when joining or recording online meetings

Note Stuck Drafting or Processing

If your note appears stuck drafting or processing:

1. Wait 5–10 minutes
2. Refresh the page
3. Restart your browser
4. Restart your device
5. Ensure your browser and device are fully updated

• Log out and back in
• Restart your browser
• Check your browser is updated to the latest version
• Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
