One of the most powerful features in Magic Notes is our Chat Bot 💫
You can write instructions or requests - called prompts - to help you make the most of your notes and reports.
Using prompts, you can ask the Chat Bot to make changes to your summaries, create new content, or answer questions based on what's written in your Magic Notes.
🎥 Watch this video on how to use Chat!
What You Can Do 💬
When you open a Magic Note or Report, you can use the chatbot to:
1. Make changes to your summary
Ask the Chat Bot to rework or adjust your writing.
Example: “Could you rewrite this from my point of view?”
2. Generate new content
Get the Chat Bot to draft letters, reports, or statements for you.
Example: “Write a letter to the child about this meeting. Use language a twelve-year-old would understand.”
3. Ask questions
Quickly find details without re-reading the whole note.
Example: “What equipment did the client say they used for mobility?”
Top Tip 🪄 Be as clear and specific as possible with your prompts - the clearer your requests, the better the result.
