- Is it okay if I record our conversation? I’m using Magic Notes, which is like a minute taker, so I can really listen and focus on you today?
- Would it be okay if I record this session? It allows me to get the notes on the system faster, so we don’t have any delays getting you the support you need.
Questions You Might Be Asked 💡
- How long will the recording be retained?
- The recordings are permanently deleted after a short period of time.
- Tip: The retention period is set by your organisation. You can find out what your organisation's retention period is by contacting the Project Manager or contacting us at beam@magicnotes.ai
- Who has access to the recording?
- Only authorised people can access it. In most cases, that’s just the person taking the notes.
- What purpose will the recording be used for?
- The only reason we record is to make sure your notes are accurate.
- Is the data secure?
- Yes, Magic Notes has undergone data protection clearance and impact assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.
- What if I change my mind and want to withdraw permission?
- That’s no problem at all! We can stop and delete the recording instantly if we're still talking. If you change your mind later, we can delete it manually for you.
- What if I say no?
- That is completely fine! I will just take notes the usual way. Using Magic Notes simply helps me focus more on you and less on the admin.
